Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Jornio app and the jornio.me website. By creating an account you accept them.
Who we are
Jornio is operated by Devon Group AB, trading as Devon, Sweden. Contact: devon@devon.se.
Your account
- You must give a correct email address and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
Your content
The trips and other content you add stay yours. You give us the right to store it, process it and show it to the people you choose to share it with, only to run the service. If you publish a trip to Explore or create a public share link, you decide that others can see it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Jornio for anything illegal, or to harm others.
- Do not upload content you have no right to share, or that is abusive or misleading.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
The service
Jornio is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Keep your own copy of anything critical, such as booking confirmations.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Devon Group AB is not liable for indirect loss, such as lost bookings or travel costs, caused by using or not being able to use Jornio. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Jornio and delete your account in the app at any time. We may end or change the service, and will give notice where reasonably possible.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and ask you to accept the new version in the app. Swedish law applies, and disputes go to the Swedish courts.
